As the Regional Property Manager, you would responsible for overseeing a team of Repairs Officers and a Partnering Support Officer carrying out Responsive Repairs, Alteration Requests, Damp & Mould cases, Formal Complaints, Voids across the organisations stock within an allocated geographical patch. While also managing contractors in line with contracts, and seeking continuous improvements.

Description

  • To hold regular Operational meetings with relevant stakeholders (Housing, Compliance, Repairs Contractors, Complaints) and ensure accurate records are kept and circulated.
  • To take part in Strategic Meetings putting forward recommendations
  • To lead on Regional issues and ensure trackers are up to date and in a reputable state at short notice
  • To monitor Customer Satisfaction and ensure areas of improvement are logged in formal meetings and stakeholders are clear on requirements to improve
  • To ensure all complaint cases are fully investigated, and a workable solution is implemented by the team without delay
  • To ensure budgets are monitored and controlled depending on demands and making sure that the correct budget codes are used to enable collection of service charges and insurance claims
  • To manage relationships and understand the requirements and contractual differences with internal colleagues/stakeholders

Profile

  • Solves basic problems within clearly laid out policies and procedures

  • Takes responsibility for achieving individual objectives and team targets

  • Strong proven leadership skills and background in managing a team working on responsive repairs

  • Experience of Contract Management
