Breakfast/Prep Chef
Location: Southwold
Technique Hospitality are looking for a dedicated and experienced Breakfast/Prep Chef to help cook and serve the breakfast on a daily basis at this highly regarded and popular hotel destination in the heart of Southwold.
Job Description
- Preparing and executing breakfast service in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality
- Preparing and organising food ingredients for the day's service
- Contributing to menu development and implementing new breakfast dishes
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
- Assisting with evening service when required to cover holidays and peak periods
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a pub or breakfast-focused establishment
- Strong understanding of breakfast and brunch cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage time
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate holiday cover
