Sonic Summary
- We are seeking a part-time Production Operative to work weekends in Exeter, located just 2 minutes from Junction 30 off the M5.
- The shifts will rotate between 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
- The position offers a starting wage of £15.60 per hour, with frequent opportunities for overtime.
- While previous experience is not essential, candidates with skills in using hand tools, machine operation, or working with small objects are preferred.
- Candidates must be flexible, have a good level of English, and will need to complete an interview, medical test, and health and safety induction before starting.
This will be Saturday and Sunday on a rotating shift pattern. 6am to 2pm for both days week one and then 2pm to 10pm week 2 and so on. With fantastic rates of pay starting at 15.60 per hour and opportunity for overtime frequently available.
The role of Production Operative will come with full training. We are looking for applicants with great eye for detail and good dexterity due to the nature of the work and detailed components. Previous experience as a Production Operative isn't essential but we would love to speak to candidates who have any of the below :
- Experience of using hand tools / machine operating
- Experiencein a factory/production setting
- Experience of working with small objects with a steady hand required
- Good level of English (writing, reading and verbal)
- Flexible
- Awareness of health and safety
