We are currently seeking a Commercial Director,on behalf of a privately owned House Builder that is based in the Lincolnshire area.
This role is hands on andwould suit a Commercial Manager or Managing QS seeking to further their career or, a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is seeking progression.
Coming from a House Building background, you will assume financial responsibility for all site activities within the business,report directly to the MD and lead by example in terms of quantity surveying duties.
The business in questionis a land rich, privately owned, award winning (NHBC/LABC) house builder that operates within the Lincolnshire & Peterborough areas and who produces some (Apply online only) traditional build units, with no plans to expand on this - which is quite refreshing in today's market.
