Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager required to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for a number of new build housing sites, in and around the Peterborough/Lincolnshire corridor. 

Reporting to the MD, you will responsible for working alongside an existing Contracts Manager, managing Site Management teams with a view to ensuring that jobs are completed on time and to budget with zero accidents. 

Sites are on a traditional build basis and there is a healthy mix between spec and HA/Social housing, ranging from 30 units to 75 units with the company producing 350/400 units a year, with no intention to expand on this, which is refreshing. 

This role would suit either an experienced Contracts Manager or, equally, a Site/Project Manager who is seeking their next career move.
