My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Manager to join theirteam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential hazards and implementing effective safety measures.


Duties:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety programmes and policies in compliance with legal regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify risks and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Facilitate training sessions for employees on safety practices, including first aid procedures.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, performing root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
  • Prepare detailed reports on safety performance, incidents, and compliance with regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, and compliance documentation.
