Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Court of Protection paralegal to join a prestigious, award-winning law firm in Spalding. You will join a friendly department and gain further experience into Court of Protection matters.

The Court of Protection team deal with personal injury trusts, statutory wills and gifts applications, deputyship applications and ancillary applications. Joining the team, you will be supporting fee earners by assisting them with client queries, transcribing digital dictation, opening, and closing files, and preparing cases.

The firm are wanting to speak with applicants who have at least 12 months experience in Court of Protection. Due to the nature of the role, you will have fantastic client care skills and empathic in your approach.
