Candidates should have an HNC or HND qualification in a relevant trade, with RICS or CIOB qualifications being preferable.
Experience in social housing is required for this position.

We are currently looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor to join a well-established team in a local authority. This role will require you to travel around the South Lincolnshire area. The successful will receive mileage from home to site.Position: Damp and Mould SurveyorSalary: £36-40 per hour Contract type: 3-month contract, potential to go permanentAs a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you'll be:

Inspecting low levels of damp and mould
Finding the immediate cause and identifying the remedial work
You will be interacting with multiple stakeholders and residents during inspection

As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you'll need:

HNC or HND qualification necessary in a relevant trade
Qualification RICs (preferable)
Qualification CIOB (preferable)
Experience in social housing
