HR & Payroll Administrator £25,000-£28,000p.a. Full Time | Permanent Spalding Hybrid WorkingI am excited to be working with my client in the professional services sector, looking for a HR & Payroll Administrator to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity if you are a detail-oriented and process driven HR candidate who wants to contribute to an evolving and growing business. This business has excellent staff benefits and fosters a great workplace culture. If you are looking for a hybrid opportunity then look no further! The role's responsibilities:

  • Diary and inbox management for the HR team and the L&D training across the business
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, coordinating probation reviews, administer contracts, letters, and other transactional HR tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Support performance management processes (handled by HRM) and assist with note-taking if desired.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, handling basic contracts and administrative paperwork.
  • Ensure payroll information is accurate and coordinate with the third-party on any queries

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a HR professional services environment is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable handling core HR admin tasks - no specific experience in Employee Relations (ER) required.
  • A keen eye for process improvement, and a 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to build key stakeholder relationships
