We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of HR administration experience, looking to further their skills in a supportive environment. While no payroll experience is necessary, a keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential. This position offers a chance to be part of a strategic framework focused on being trusted advisors and developing strong, lasting relationships both internally and externally.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist with HR duties including maintaining highly confidential, prompt, accurate, and efficient service to staff, the Board, and external agencies.
  • Manage HR system updates, maintain staff records, and ensure timely filing.
  • Handle new starter and leaver administration.
  • Support payroll administration including salary changes, bonus payments, and personal detail updates.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits and absence management.
  • Produce various HR-related documents throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Respond to HR and payroll queries, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain training records and ensure data security in compliance with GDPR.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent time management.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
