- Assisting with duties including providing a highly confidential and efficient service to staff, the board and outside agencies regarding both HR administration and payroll.
- Human Resource system development and updates including maintaining staff records.
- Completing new starter and leaver administration and letters.
- Supporting the administration of payroll.
- Calculating salary sacrifice for payroll benefits.
- Providing admin for probationary meetings, salary reviews, training, absence management & benefits.
- Monitoring and responding to the mailbox, payroll inbox and personal inbox.
- Responding to staff queries or escalating to a member of the team where necessary.
- Archiving data or destroying data in line with GDPR and data protection regulations.
- Solid administration experience.
