Delighted to be partnering with an excellent business to recruit for a HR Administrator. Due to growth they are looking to recruit. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be a key member within the HR team.  Key Deliverables:   
  • Provide HR administration support to managers, employees and the wider HR team ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Draft correspondence (e.g. contractual documents, correspondence relating to discipline, grievance, absence management processes) ensure the HR system is up to date with correct documentation (e.g. right to work, DBS certification, current terms of employment, etc.)
  • Ensure the administration relating to appraisals, capability and probationary reviews, exit interviews
  • Support the induction of new employees
  • Participate in recruitment and selection of staff
  • Build trusting relationships with internal key stakeholders
  • Support payroll which is going to be coming in house to include salary changes, bonus payments, SMP, enhanced maternity payments, SPL and SSP, changes in personal details, and any additional payments.
  • Calculation of salary sacrifice for payroll benefits such as cycle to work, buy and sell holiday and pensions.
  • P11Ds, electronic filling
  • Complete the administration for benefits such as Insurances and death in service
  • Monitor and respond to the HR mailbox, payroll inbox and personal inbox in a timely manner
  • Archive data or destroy data in line with GDPR and data protection regulations and apply information security in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the organisation,
  The Right Candidate:  
  • Experience within HR or a similar role
  • Ideally payroll experience, however if not, passionate and hungry to learn this aspect of HR
  • May be working towards a CIPD qualification or wanting too in the future
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Confident to work closely with key stakeholders
  • Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines, demonstrate flexibility in approach
  • Very good systems skills
  • Be inquisitive and challenge current processes
