So they need to hire an extra administrator to back up the commercial team.Your new roleYour job will be to run reports, check customer portals for invoices, new orders and order updates, update spreadsheets and forecasts, arrange for additional materials to be ordered from suppliers or additional services from 3rd party logistics providers, check & update on pallet movements, and generally provide admin support to the commercial team when additional bits and bobs come up.What you'll need to succeedMy client would love to hire someone who has worked in the fresh produce / food sector before, because then you'll understand the pace they work at and the dynamics they have with their suppliers and customers.Some of the key personality traits that we're looking to find are confidence to speak up and ask questions to make suggestions for improvements, a good communicator, a team player, reliability and trustworthiness.What you'll get in returnYou'll be part of a great team and there's loads of job satisfaction in a job like this.
