The Staffing Network are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our clients team based in Spalding, Lincolnshire

Job Title: Warehouse Operative Day shift

Hours: 07:30an to 06.00pm

Shift: Day shift 5/6 days a week

Pay rate: 12.21 per hour

Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire

What the role involves:

· Safe loading, unloading and storage of products

· Working in different temperature zones, ambient, frozen, and chilled

· Accurate picking and scanning products in and out of store

· Ensuring the integrity of all products and excellent customer service

· Safe operation of Manual Handling Equipment

What are we looking for in a candidate

· An enthusiastic and proactive approach towards tasks

· People who are self-motivated with the ability to work both on their own initiative and as part of a team

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience of working in a racked warehouse environment.

· The ability to prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
