Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our team, covering our sites in Spalding, Boston, and Wisbech.

We are a leading manufacturer of convenience food in the UK, dedicated to making every day taste better. With 16 manufacturing units and 17 distribution depots, we supply major UK retailers with a wide range of fresh and delicious products. In FY23, we generated £1.9bn in revenue, and we’re continuing to grow.

The Role

Reporting to the OpEx Manager, you will play a critical role in improving OEE, labour, and material cost performance across our sites. You will work closely with operational teams to identify and implement step-change improvements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

? Establish and maintain performance control systems (including short interval control)? Lead diagnostic ideation processes to drive innovation and efficiency? Conduct line studies to identify areas for improvement? Lead and coach improvement teams to deliver measurable results? Facilitate best practice sharing across multiple sites? Drive a culture of continuous improvement through hands-on coaching and engagement

What We’re Looking For:

Must be able to travel between Spalding, Boston, and Wisbech (on-site 5 days a week)Strong project management skills with experience in root cause analysis and sustainable solutionsProven ability to lead and influence change across all levels of an organisationSkilled in Lean improvement techniques and experienced in coaching teams at all levelsAble to interpret P&L statements and identify cost-saving opportunities
