The Staffing Network are recruiting Night Shift Warehouse Pickers/Packers to join our clients team based in Spalding, Lincolnshire
Job Title: Warehouse Picker/Packer Night Shift
Hours: 18:00pm to 06.00am
Shift: Night shift 4 On 4 Off
Pay rate: 13.42 per hour/overtime rate- time and a half
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
What the role involves:
- Efficiently picking orders using barcode scanners
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Occasionally operate powered equipment (PPT) Training will be provided
- Working in different temperature zones, ambient, frozen, and chilled
- Safe operation of manual handling equipment
What are we looking for in a candidate
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach towards tasks
- People who are self-motivated with the ability to work both on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a racked warehouse environment.
- The ability to prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
