As Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering high-quality education, helping to create a positive classroom environment. You will play a crucial part in providing support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with lesson preparation and delivery
Support students with their learning, both individually and in groups
Provide encouragement and guidance to students, fostering their confidence and motivation
Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
Support students with additional needs and help them access the curriculum
Assist in marking and feedback under the guidance of the teacher

Key Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their development
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
Experience in an educational setting (preferred but not essential)
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
