Salary: £85 - £110 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support students in a secondary school in Spalding after the February half-term. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the learning experience of students aged 11-16.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Support students with additional learning needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
• Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (essential).
• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
• A willingness to learn and work collaboratively with staff.
