HR Generalist/Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to deliver comprehensive operational HR support and provide high-quality advice to managers and staff across all aspects of Human Resources. This role is ideal for someone with a robust understanding of HR policies, employment law, and internal auditing processes, who can effectively manage multiple HR functions to enhance organisational performance and employee satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including selection and induction processes.
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Handle employee relations, communications, and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor performance management systems and support their implementation.
  • Oversee training and development programs.
  • Provide guidance to managers on people leadership matters.
  • Administer payroll and pension schemes.
  • Support internal audit processes and compliance inspections related to the Quality Management System (QMS).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Level or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • CIPD Associate Level qualification or equivalent experience is essential.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist/Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
  • Experience in internal auditing of company processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
