Since 2015 The Staffing Network has supplied staff within the Driving and Industrial Sectors. We hold a GLAA Licence, REC, Stronger Together and ALP members. Our Eastern Regional Office based in Spalding opened in 2018.

We service the following markerts - Driving, Industrial, factory, warehousing and field / food production. We have a GLAA licence and are Driver Agency Accredited.

We are recruiting a Branch Manager to work in our Spalding Office.

Experience of working in the Recruitment Industry, preferably in Industrial / food or logistics markets. The ideal candidate would be an existing Branch Manager or successful Recruitment Consultant / Senior with a hunger for business growth and success.

Our Eastern Office has a team of 2 service and resourcing consultants, and are in need of a leader to bring experience to the team. Although the team are successful, there are opportunities for growth in the area that are not being capitalised upon.

As a Branch Manager, duties will include but are not limited to:-

  • Identify additional areas of growth with our current client base
  • Identify and undertake new client contact and grow our client base
  • Support our existing team and offer mentorship to help our team grow their skillset
  • Ensure that client requests and fulfillment operates at a high percentage
  • Undertake full new client onboarding including site visits and establishing charge / pay rates
  • Reporting to stakeholders within our business however we dont micro-manage
  • Day to Day branch management

We offer a competitive salary and commission scheme, average working week of 35 hours, early finish on Fridays and 35 days holiday plus your birthday..
