I am working alongside a specialist contractor who operate heavily across the UK, delivering schemes within the renewable energy sector. My client are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a new project being delivered for a valued client in Lincolnshire.
Site manager responsibilities:
- Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.
- Managing plant, labour and materials.
- Managing the day to day running of site operations.
- Site diaries.
- Look ahead programs.
- Progress reports.
- RAMS.
- Managing health and safety.
- Communicating with key stake holders.
- Liaising with the client and subcontractors on site.
Site manager requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- CSCS card.
- SMSTS.
- First aid.
- Competent persons.
- SR163 - Accreditation - (Beneficial).
- Previous experience working on large scale infrastructure and civils projects.
- Full UK driving licence.
