Continuous Improvement Lead

Salary: £42,000 + Benefits

Location: Spalding, with travel to 2 other local sites

Shift: M-F Days 

We are seeking a driven and experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to join a fast-paced, growing manufacturing site. In this role, you will lead the charge in driving significant improvements in Operational Equipment Efficiency (OEE), labour and material cost performance. Working across multiple sites, you will implement performance control systems, lead teams in identifying improvements, and coach operational teams to adopt best practices. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:• Drive step change improvements in OEE, labour, and material cost performance through leadership and capability building.• Set up and implement Performance Control Systems, including Short Interval Control (SIC).• Lead diagnostic ideation processes and complete line studies to build robust improvement case studies.• Lead improvement teams, ensuring work stream improvements align with set targets/ROI.• Share best practices across sites and support replication of successful processes.• Set and coach the behavioural standards for operational teams to promote performance excellence.

What We’re Looking For:• Experience in Continuous Improvements and Projects • Experience working in Operations or Production • Proven project management experience, with strong root cause analysis skills and the ability to implement permanent solutions.• Skilled in lean improvement techniques and operational excellence methodologies.
