The Opportunity:

We are recruiting for an Onsite Account Manager, based near Holbeach. To thrive in this role, you'll be client focused, committed to providing the best possible service and be a natural problem solver. Experienced in an on-site recruitment environment would be advantageous.

Your daily duties as an Onsite Account Manager:

• Our vacancy is all about maintaining and building relationships, it's about pushing performance improvement wherever possible, with full support from your regional manager and the local branch network.
• As the onsite account manager, you'll be adept at problem solving and understand how to get the best out of people.
• Building relationships with workers & key clients.
• Attending planning & forecasting meetings to fill bookings
• Working closely with the branch network for quick turnaround of candidates
• Managing compliance requirements, ensuring your onsite is compliant against policies such as AWR and Right to Work.
• Interviewing and inducting potential job candidates
• Able to undertake welfare, capability, and disciplinary meetings.
• Collecting and maintaining attendance records for payroll and disciplinary requirements.
• Providing service to employees who need your assistance.
• Administration of the payroll.
• Working closely with operational teams.

What we need from you:

• You'll need to have recruitment experience in a fast passed (ideally on-site) environment
• You'll have leadership skills and be able to show these qualities on a consistent basis
• You'll be professional in approach and able to hold conversations at all levels
• You'll have to be comfortable working with and presenting data to your client and internally.
• You'll need to have an eye for detail and be able to give examples of problem solving
• Most importantly though, you'll need to be tenacious, with a great attitude towards delivering an excellent service.
• A full UK driver's license is highly desired in this role.
