Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Spalding
Salary: 25,553 - 26,972 (12.60 - 13.30 per hour) Depending on qualification and experience.
Plus - 62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, 3,000-6,000pa)
Shift patterns - Full time working long days plus extra sleep in (approx. 4-6 sleep ins per month), 30 Hours per week.
Full UK Driving licence is essential.

- Minimum six months of experience working with children in a residential setting in the UK or 1 Year experience working with adults in Learning disability setting.
- Flexibility to work long day shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
- Valid UK driving license
