Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the SENCO and classroom teachers to support students with complex needs.
- Implement tailored learning activities and interventions.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
- Provide personal care and support during school activities and outings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a school setting.
- Knowledge of SEN and strategies to support students with complex needs.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3) are advantageous.
