Resource Management Specialist - Spalding

Salary: Up to 26k plus bonus

As a Resource Management Specialist, you will be essential in connecting outstanding candidates with ideal job opportunities. Your daily routine will be filled with engaging tasks, including proactively sourcing potential talent through various platforms, meticulously screening resumes, and assessing candidate's qualifications. You will conduct in-depth interviews to dive deeper into candidate's experiences and aspirations.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and organisational culture, allowing you to tailor your search effectively.

Main Responsibilities

- Create and post engaging ads on job boards and social media to attract candidates.

- Screen and interview candidates, offering clear information and advice about the recruitment process and the job they applied for.

- Support local candidate attraction by organising registration events and attending job fairs.

- Conduct identity checks and verify Right to Work status for candidates.

- Provide daily updates on candidate progress to monitor recruitment and identify any risks.

- Build good working relationships with colleagues to discuss hiring needs, candidate progress, and recruitment activities.

- Take responsibility for ensuring all candidate vetting is accurate and meets customer standards and legal requirements.
