Location: Reading, United Kingdom

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum + Benefits

Omega is working with a leading renewable energy company, seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support its Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) business line. This vital role ensures the highest safety standards across projects, fostering a culture of safety and compliance while coordinating key HSE deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support EPC Business Line throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise with and coordinate project deliverables from HSE supply chain partners
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety policies and objectives are achieved
• Promote HSE culture within the business through communication, training programs, systems support, and advice to the project team
• Ensure compliance within HSE Requirements and local regulatory compliance
• Support the coordination of HSE supply chain resources and equipment required for project deployment across the UK project portfolio
• Conduct regular HSE compliance inspections and audits of internal and external EPC sites
• Organize and facilitate Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment workshops

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in HSE Management
• 5+ years' experience in construction, engineering, or renewable energy sectors
• Strong knowledge of UK Construction Health & Safety Regulations
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards
• Tech IOSH membership or equivalent professional affiliation
