GSL Education is seeking Maths Graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in Boston starting in January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience within a supportive school environment.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students in Maths lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups.
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated Maths content.
  • Support KS3 and KS4 students to build confidence and understanding in Maths.
  • Help prepare resources and maintain an effective classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to identify and support students' individual needs.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • A degree in Maths or a related subject is essential.
  • Experience tutoring or working with young people would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The role is also suitable for university students or recent graduates looking to pursue a teaching career.
