Teaching Assistant

Salary: £85 - £100 per day

Are you a compassionate and motivated individual ready to make a positive impact in a mainstream secondary school? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Spilsby, starting next week.

Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support to students in KS3 and KS4 across various subjects.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Offer one-on-one or small group support to students requiring additional help.
Support the social and emotional development of students where needed.

Requirements:

Experience working in an educational setting or with young people is desirable.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students thrive academically and personally.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students in a busy school environment.
