- You will be working on a Planned maintenance project covering St Albans areas
- Deliver the best quality service, you'll be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base, in a professional and efficient manner.
- Swiftly resolving and advising residents, you will log all complaints received in accordance with our policy and procures, ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area.
- We ask that you have previous experience within a similar role or industry
- Are happy to travel around service area
- Have a full UK driving licence (1 year)
- Own vehicle needed
