Contracts Manager - Cornwall
Our client, a busy maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee planned maintenance projects on social housing in Cornwall.
Day to day:
- Visiting sites
- Client liaison
- Speaking with Site Supervisors
- Meeting with senior management
- Using schedule of rates
Requirements:
- It's essential you have schedule of rates experience
- Good maintenance experience
- Experience managing all trades.
- Social housing experience would be beneficial.
This is really exciting permanent role for someone to grow their career as a Contracts Manager with a busy and reputable company, salary between £50,000 and £55,000 + van.
