Day to Day:

To manage the operational team who are responsible for the overall compliance of housing association property stock, ensuring the stock is within the government guidelines and compliance with periodic checks.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

 

  • Foundation degree or level 5 industry equivalent
  • Working knowledge of housing compliance and experience of auditing property stock
  • Experience of leading a team of gas and electrical trades
  • Working closely with management teams to review services
  • IT literacy and excellent communication skills
  • Full UK Driving License
