We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide maintenance work on domestic properties in the Cornwall Area.
This is a permanent role and offers a £34,000 salary + van and fuel card and great benefits package.
Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:
- Working with customers to see what work needs doing and carrying out the works
- Going to various properties to carry out responsive maintenance
- All aspects of maintenance work
- Completing a variety of works in various trades
- Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting etc
- Driving a company van safely
Multiskilled Operative Requirements:
- Good multi-trade experience
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
