Skills & Experience:
·Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
·Technical ability and skills
·Experience in manufacturing or construction industry
·Ability to work in a busy customer service environment
Key Responsibilities:
·Delivering exceptional B2C & B2B customer service within a growing sales team.
·Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, and give information on pricing, quotes and deliveries.
·Provide excellent customer service for sales and project support
·Liaising with other departments to resolve customer issues.
·Processing orders, invoices and credits.
·Input and update customer information on the system.
·Manage company social media accounts, creating content, scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
