We are recruiting for a Customer Account Manager with previous client-facing/account manager 聽focused experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a confident and articulate manner, able to build great relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support with on-boarding new clients
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Build a strong relationship with the key contacts, and act as the primary contact in relation to the account
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead clients through the customer journey and provide ongoing account support; from onboarding through to renewal/ end of contract
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Project management of client surveys and projects
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Internal management and development of client resources
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM system
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Keep clients up to date with new platform features and ensure they are getting the most from the platform
