路Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
路Technical ability and skills
路Experience in manufacturing or construction industry
路Ability to work in a busy customer service environment
Key Responsibilities:
路Delivering exceptional B2C & B2B customer service within a growing sales team.
路Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, and give information on pricing, quotes and deliveries.
路Provide excellent customer service for sales and project support
路Liaising with other departments to resolve customer issues.
路Processing orders, invoices and credits.
路Input and update customer information on the system.
路Manage company social media accounts, creating content, scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
