My client based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their team on a full-time temporary to permanent basis to support in providing proactive and professional HR and Payroll Services to the HR Team.

Ideally CIPD level 3, if you have demonstrable experience in a similar role you will still be considered.

This is an office based role NOT hybrid.

Hours - 8:30am - 5pm

Salary 拢12.80 - 拢13.50 per hour DOE


Main responsibilities:

路 Maintain and update all employee records on the HR and Payroll databases.

路 Provide an information service to directors, managers and other employees as required.

路 Maintain absence records in line with Bradford Factor.

路 Report to managers on high Bradford Factor scores.

路 Produce standard letters as required e.g. salary review, changes to terms, maternity confirmation, appraisals etc.

路 Assist Managers with document preparation.

路 Assist with preparation of reports as required in Excel, Powerpoint and Word.

路 Assist with recruitment support - liaising with agencies, logging CVs and carrying out interviews.

路 Attending and taking notes in disciplinary meetings on behalf of the HR department as required.

路 Conducting investigatory meetings.

路 Conducting exit interviews and feeding back concerns/suggestions to management team.

路 Taking minutes at bi-weekly operations meeting and distributing to management.

路 Booking training courses for employees.

路 Knowledge of a HR information system.

路 Experience of HR administration.

路 An organised and methodical approach to administration.

路 An eye for detail.

路 A customer focussed approach to dealing with queries.
