CBW has an exciting new opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis. This role is based near Cambridgeshire, with the client looking for someone with a relevant admin/facilities background.

Hours of Work / Details:
- 08:00am to 17:00pm
- Hybrid working - part office/part remote
- Up to 32,000 per annum
- Permanent position
- Assist in the coordination of sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing key insights to improve strategies.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including design, distribution, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Organize and manage sales meetings, presentations, and events as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative role (preferably in a similar industry).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to solve problems and suggest improvements
