My client based in St Ives Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for a H&S and Compliance Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety and Compliance Officer who is passionate to grow with a business and who is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
MUST LIVE WITHIN COMMUTABLE DISTANCE OF ST IVES CAMBRIDGESHIRE.
THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED POSITION FULL TIME.聽 Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
Salary - 拢28-40,000 DOE
The key responsibilities will be:
路 Motivate staff to adhere to health and safety practices
路 Performance monitoring and compliance
路 Collating statistical information for health and safety management
路 Evidence compliance within auditing
路 Undertake inspections on site and working at heights
路 Present information in forms, tables and spreadsheets
路 Development of a robust management system and assisting the directors finding the right strategy for H&S moving forward and supporting the Senior Staff to Lead the H&S initiatives.
