Childcare Support Worker | Bournemouth & Surrounding Areas | Full & Part-Time

Beaufort Care Group is a leading provider of residential care for children aged 8-16, offering a warm, family-like environment. We are seeking passionate, resilient individuals to join our team and make a real difference in children's lives.

Hours: 37 or 16 hours per week with potential overtime. Rostered sleep-in shifts required for full-time roles.

Pay: Starting at £11.55/hr, increasing to £12.12 with NVQ certification. Sleep-in shifts are paid at £55 each.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Valid UK driving licence and proximity to Bournemouth, Ferndown, or Ringwood
  • Commitment to child safeguarding
  • Excellent communication skills and patience to manage challenging behaviours
  • Able to handle practical life skills (cooking, cleaning, home management)
  • Willing to pursue relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 4)
