Key Responsibilities:
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling frames.
- Attaching high-quality items together.
- Installing LED lighting into systems.
- Ensuring all products meet company standards.
- Assisting in various stages of production as required.
- Collaborating with colleagues in a supportive and relaxed environment.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience as a Machine Assembly Operativeor in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).
- Hands-on and physically fit (standing role).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think ahead.
- Supportive team player, able to work collaboratively.
- Multiskilled and adaptable willing to take on various production tasks.
- Must have own transport due to poor public transport links.
