- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with operational targets.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed management reports, providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Manage the month-end close process, ensuring all journals, accruals, and prepayments are accurately posted.
- Analyze and review key financial data such as overheads, cost of goods sold, and variances from budget, providing actionable insights for operational teams
- Perform regular cost analysis on manufacturing expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure that all production costs, including labor, materials, and overheads, are accurately accounted for in financial reports.
- Work closely with operations to understand cost drivers and help implement strategies to improve cost control.
