You’ll have a proven track record of managing your own client portfolio, including overseeing workflow and building strong rapport with clients. You will be technically minded and commercially aware.

Job Purpose
- Prepare tax assignments for a diverse range of private clients.??
- Liaise with clients and provide guidance to support their tax activities.??
- P11D and P11D(b) preparation.
- Reconciling tax liabilities.
- Coding notices.
- Collating rental accounts.
- Capital gains calculations.
- Work closely with Managers and Partners to ensure client expectations and deadlines are being met.
- Liaise with HMRC.
- Oversee the work of junior staff, ensuring a high standard of service is being delivered.
- Become actively involved with the business development of the firm, promoting the business online and in person.
- Setting an example to junior staff, motivating those around you.

Job Requirements
- ATT qualified or QBE.
- Experience within a mixed tax role would also be considered, with training provided.
- Previous leadership experience with good people management skills.
- Strong communication and advisory skills.
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and highly organised.
- A team player able to bring out the best in others.
- Able to confidently work closely with Partners.
