We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage incoming revenue streams and support wider finance functions. This role offers clear career progression towards Assistant Accountant responsibilities, including accruals, prepayments, and cash flow management.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all incoming revenue across multiple streams, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Monitor accounts receivable balances, chasing outstanding payments and reconciling accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on debtor balances and cash collection forecasts.
  • Assist in the month-end close process, including accruals and prepayments.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and contribute to financial planning activities.
  • Work closely with the wider finance team to enhance processes and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple revenue streams.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
  • Desire to progress within finance, with an interest in assistant accountant duties.
