- Oversee all incoming revenue across multiple streams, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Monitor accounts receivable balances, chasing outstanding payments and reconciling accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on debtor balances and cash collection forecasts.
- Assist in the month-end close process, including accruals and prepayments.
- Support cash flow forecasting and contribute to financial planning activities.
- Work closely with the wider finance team to enhance processes and reporting.
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple revenue streams.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Desire to progress within finance, with an interest in assistant accountant duties.
