My client, based in St.Albans are looking to recruit an experienced Accountant with previous experience within an Accouting firm to join its team.
You'll be responsible for
- Maintaining accurate client financial records
- Preparing VAT returns
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Preparing financial statements and reports for clients
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Provide support to junior bookkeeping staff
You have 2-3 years relevant previous experience within an Accountancy Practice, are familiar with Xero / QuickBooks or Sage, have excellent communication skills and work well in a small team. The role is based full time in their offices in St.Albans, so you must be able to commute on a daily basis
