ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Our client is an established property management company, with a large residential portfolio.

They are looking for a a dedicated administrator to assist with the administration of their busy client lease team. As Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations which will involve tasks mainly related to property maintenance, and will also include tenant enquiries, operations and finance. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, be solution-oriented and capable of dealing with a variety of different people.

Day to Day Role:

  • Keep reliable records and filing for each property/tenancy both physically and digitally.
  • Act as a tenant liaison dealing with day-to-day queries.
  • Preparing, editing, and formatting documents, including contracts, property listings, and reports.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and filed in a timely manner.
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets.
  • Opening mail and answering phones.
  • Handling general office duties.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good IT proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to use initiative and manage time effectively.
