Content Executive
My client, a thriving company based in St. Albans, is seeking a talented and driven Content Executive to join their dynamic team.
This pivotal role requires a hands-on approach, a strong understanding of social media best practices, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with client and company business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand their goals and translate them into actionable, data-driven content plans.
- Leverage analytics data to continuously monitor, analyse, and optimize content performance.
Social Media Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of organic and paid social media campaigns across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Analyse campaign performance metrics, track key KPIs, and generate insightful reports for clients.
- Optimise campaigns based on data analysis and industry best practices.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging multimedia content, including social media posts, videos (TikToks, Reels), web headers, newsletters, and print materials.
- Produce, edit, and refine video content, ensuring optimal quality and impact.
- Develop compelling design assets that align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years in a role focused on content creation, social media management, or a closely related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns that demonstrate measurable results.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
- Solid understanding of branding principles & typography
- Expertise in Canva
The ideal candidate should be:
- A creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- A collaborative team-player with excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- A highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident with all Microsoft Applications including Excel, PowerPoint & Word
