This Civil/Structural consulting engineering firm who have been established for 25 years and have a profitable business with a diverse, and significant, project portfolio with projects across London and the South East are seeking an Associate Director who is interested in becoming a partner of the practice in the future.
They are currently led by a management team of 2 partners who have maintained a very successful business with a reputation for their project delivery and employee experience, ensuring a relaxed and positive environment that allows people to develop, both professionally and personally.
As part of their succession planning the company is now seeking an Associate Director to ensure the management team is able to maintain and grow the business going forward.
The incoming engineer will join as an associate with the intention to progress into becoming a full partner in the near future. The company is profitable, there are plenty of clients and their reputation precedes them so new work is always available.
They are wanting to speak with locally based engineers who alongside excellent technical skills want to take on the challenge of managing a business alongside the existing partners, working with commercial development as well as managing the teams and growing the firm.
This role will suit an ambitious engineer who can lead teams, is commercially aware, happy to work on the outskirts of London and is up for a challenge.Chartership is not required for this role.
