We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join and work with our existing team to seek out new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying leads from provided data
  • Researching leads and adding data to a CRM
  • Telephoning contacts and converting leads into quoted opportunities
  • Building an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services
  • Working closely with the sales manager to ensure sales strategies are optimised to ensure sustained results
  • Reviewing prospect data and proposing changes to maximise impact
  • Attend industry networking events and conferences

Experience:

- Web hosting knowledge would of course be a definite plus, however, expertise in a web-related field would also be beneficial but not essential.

- A friendly personality and very confident in communicating with customers and prospects over the phone or email.

- Excellent organisational skills to manage a high number of prospect/customer interactions on a day to day basis

- Sales or account management experience

- Some technical knowledge around website hosting, development or technologies would be an advantage, but training will be provided.

- Previous experience with using Hubspot or other similar sales CRM platforms is desirable, but not mandatory as relevant training will be provided

We welcome candidates who do not tick all of the boxes above but are motivated and willing to learn. A can-do attitude and customer focus is essential. We are a small company, operating 'remote-first’ whose team are based in multiple countries and there is considerable scope for learning, development and ownership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000-£28,000 BASIC + £10,000 OTE
